The European Parliament has relaunched the "Be our guest photographer!" competition, inspired by 2015 being the European Year for Development.

All EU talented citizens, from 18 years old will have to send their pictures following a monthly theme until September 2015.
Among the submitted photos, an editorial committee will select the ten best entries and then pick the winner of the month. This will automatically make them a finalist for the jury prize.
At the same time, the ten best photos will be showcased on the EP social media pages where there will be a public vote. The most liked photo and its author will then be awarded a public prize.

Both the winner of the jury prize and of the public vote will be invited to the plenary session in Strasbourg, France, in November 2015.

In Strasbourg they will get the chance to create their own photo-reportage of the event.
 
The topic is: "Demography and Migration".  

Participants can submit only one picture per topic.
Pictures should also have a brief description of no more than 100 words.
Pictures and entry forms should be submitted via email to webcom-flickr@europarl.europa.eu.

Deadline: 30 September 2015, midnight CET.
