
Every two years, the European Youth Event (EYE) brings together thousands of young people from all over the European Union and the world to share their ideas on the future of Europe. It's a chance for 16 to 30-year-olds to meet experts, activists, and decision-makers, and take part in fun activities. EYE2025 will be held on 13-14 June 2025 at the European Parliament in Strasbourg and the EYE Village, offering space for discussions and networking.
CALL FOR PARTICIPANTS
Registrations for participants, young people between 16 and 30 years old are open!
Participation at EYE2025 is free of charge, however, participants need to arrange and cover their travel and accommodation in Strasbourg.

FINANCIAL CONTRIBUTION FOR YOUTH GROUPS
The European Parliament offers financial support to active and engaged groups of young people with disabilities, from remote or rural areas, or from socially and economically disadvantaged backgrounds/
Eligibility
Be between 16 and 30 years old (except the group leader, who can be older but must be at least 18);
Residents of the EU, an EU candidate country, or the UK.
Be part of a group of exactly 10 participants.
The European Parliament will cover the expenses of travel and accommodation (shared hotel rooms) of each group member of the selected groups.

CALL FOR ACTIVITIES INSIDE THE PARLIAMENT
Youth organisations and groups are invited to co-create the event's programme by organising interactive workshops, such as simulation games, sing-along choirs, or activist bootcamps. Selected proposals will receive financial support of around 450€ per person (depending on their place of residence) to help cover travel, accommodation, and subsistence expenses.
Eligibility
Organisations must consist of 8-10 participants, including at least 2 facilitators to organise the workshop or 2 performers for small-scale artistic performances.
Participants must be residents of the European Union, a candidate country, or the UK, aged 16-30 by the event date (13 June 2025), except for the group leader who can be older than 30 but must be at least 18 years old.
The proposal must be conducted in English, French, or German.

CALL FOR ACTIVITIES IN THE EYE VILLAGE
The European Youth Forum is inviting youth group or civil society organisations from across the EU to propose activities to run in the EYE Vilage while connecting with thousands of young people, share your knowledge, and help shape the future of Europe.
Eligibility
Organisations must be
- be established in one of the EU Member States;
- be non-for profit entity or equivalent according to the national legislation;
- have no affiliation with any political party.
The selected proposals receive a financial contribution to cover some of their travel, accommodation, and subsistence expenses.
