The European Parliament is inviting young people resident in one of the EU countries, from 18 to 30 years old to join this social media competition and have the chance to win a trip to Strasbourg on 13-14 June with accommodation and transport covered by the European Parliament.

How it works

Create an Instagram REEL using the European Parliament audio and show them what matters to YOU(th)!

Follow @ep_eye and @europeanparliament, and use #EYEcompetition to enter!

Complete the challenge by 30 April (midnight CEST). 

If your profile is private, DM your video with the organisers to make sure they see it!

EU residents aged 18-30 who are not registered to EYE2025.
