
Sports organisations receive support from the Erasmus+ Programme to give the opportunity to their staff, primarily in grassroots sports, to improve their competences, qualifications and acquire new skills. The participating organisations should actively promote inclusion and diversity, environmental sustainability, digital education and civic engagement through a project lasting from 3 to 18 months.
Who can apply
- A public or private organisation active in the sport and physical activity field and organising sport and physical activities at grassroots level (eg, non-profit organisation, local public authority, sport club)
- A non-grassroots sport organisation if its staff participation benefits grassroots sports (eg, international organisation)
- Organisations from an EU Member State or in a third country associated to the Programme.
Per selection round, an organisation may apply for only one project.
Activities
-Job shadowing and observation periods (2-14 days)
-Coaching or training assignments (15-60 days)
Venue and participants of the activities
Activities must take place abroad, in an EU Member State or in a third country associated to the Programme and maximum 10 participants per project can participate.

20 February 2024, 12.00 (midday Brussels time) for projects between 1 June and 31 December of the same year
1 October 2024, 12.00 (midday Brussels time) for projects between 1 January and 31 May of the following year
