IGLYO Activist Academy
Academy for LGBTQI young activists.
The Activist Academy is a skills-based training programme for novice or intermediate LGBTQI young activists.
It will take place from 13 to 19 July 2025 in Tampere, Finland, focusing on LGBTQI organisational development.
Who can apply
- Novice (or intermediate) queer activist or aspire to become one
- Aged between 18 and 30 years old
- Based in a Council of Europe Member State, or Russia, Belarus or Kosovo;
- Can use English at an intermediate-advanced level.
Conditions
€50 subscription fee. Travel, food and accommodation costs covered up to €300 for EU participants and €350 for non-EU participants.
How it works
Participants will attend workshops ranging from strategic planning, advocacy and communications, all the way to artivism and craftivism.
