The European Youth Conference "Young people in local and regional life: Democracy in action!" will take place in Braga, on 5-7 February 2025. 100 young representatives from local and regional youth councils across Europe will gather advocate for their needs and influence local policies, thereby enhancing democratic participation at both local and regional levels.

Who can apply

To be eligible, applicants must be:

• member or representative of a local, regional, or national youth council or association
• 18 -30 years old;
• motivated to advance local youth participation and able to attend the entire conference;
• resident of a state party to the European Cultural Convention.
• able to work in English or French.

Travel, accommodations and meal costs will be provided by the organisers.
