
Calling young European leaders between 16 to 30 years old, with a passion for security: this is your chance! The German-Baltic Future Foundation (DBJW) needs you to head a discussion cluster at their youth conference in Riga, Latvia from 16 to 19 October 2025. You'll guide young Europeans in exploring "Rethinking Security Through Youth" and crafting impactful policy recommendations that will then be presented to Members of the European Parliament in Brussels!
Your role
Structure and lead online meetings with your cluster (starting Sept 2025), facilitate discussions in Riga, and oversee the creation of your cluster's policy paper for MEPs.

Apply if you
Enjoy organising and leading groups, have strong English (C1), are interested in security (prior knowledge is a plus!), are curious about the Baltic states, and can commit ~1-4 hrs/week (June-Dec).
